“Cybertize Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” is authorized to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures with clients. The company reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or dismantle projects if any objections arise, requiring clarification from the client to resume the project.

Delivery Schedule
The initiation of work will take place upon receipt of your order and all requested materials. Our technology team members will arrange an online meeting to conduct a thorough analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project’s requirements and goals. Subsequently, typically within 7 business days, you will receive detailed documentation outlining the solution flow and architecture for your review and approval, if necessary. Upon approval, timelines will be established, and you will be provided with a copy for tracking project progress and delivery schedules. Throughout this process, your input and comments on the project are essential with each update to prevent any significant misunderstandings. It’s crucial to note that any change in scope may impact the delivery schedule. Project delivery times may be adjusted due to factors such as technical glitches or external influences beyond the control of the company, developers, or creators.
Revision
“Cybertize Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” will oversee up to 5 revisions for UI, UX, and backend in web-related projects and up to 3 revisions for digital marketing, creative graphic posts, video, and logo design work. Additional revisions beyond the specified limit will incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Providing the personnel necessary to contribute to a high-quality strategic solution. Client Executive Management: Key executives are available for several meetings throughout the engagement to provide input and direction on strategic objectives and resource allocation. Also responsible for the overall coordination of client personnel and logistics for meetings, providing background materials, and providing context and guidance to the team during the engagement. Copyrights and Trademarks
The client represents the developer and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to the developer for inclusion in app pages are owned by the client or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements and will hold harmless, protect, and defend the developer and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client. “Cybertize Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” does not hold responsibility for any claim or copyright issue arising in the future; if such a claim arises, the client is solely responsible for that. The company’s responsibility is limited to developing the app/website/digital/media Project as requested by the client. By accepting the contract, the client also grants rights to “Cybertize Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” to present their name as a developer / Creator / Company of the respective app, / Website / Media Project and advertise themselves as a developer/Creator/online marketing consultant.
Footer Credits
Any product(s) developed by “Cybertize Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” will have the credit information attached at the footer of the website/ App (or any digital/physical product). The client may request for removal of the credit via email.
Point of contact
The client needs to assign a single POC (point of contact) / Project Manager while finalising (at the beginning) the project who needs to be prompt while day to day followups on email.
The company will not entertain any other official person from the client’s team while the project is in progress. Any updates and follow-ups asked by a third person other than the assigned POC will not be provided with any kind of data or meeting.
Cost Revision
The company reserves its right to revise the project cost:
This may not happen always, but in some cases, the company feels the previously quoted amount will not be sufficient to carry out the expenses for a smooth transition.
Redemption Cost
15 days of inactivity from the client side will lead to a project pause, and redemption costs may apply to restart the project.
Post-Service Availability
Post-service will start after project completion, followed by a closure email. Any minor changes also which are out of the scope will be covered in Post Service and not in the current scope of work.

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday | Weekend off: Saturday | Sunday
