Managed AWS Professional Services
Businesses often search for AWS professional services when they need experienced technical people to design and implement something on AWS. It helps to be precise about terms. AWS Professional Services is the name of a consulting organization within Amazon Web Services itself. The work described on this page is delivered by Cybertize as an independent AWS consulting company, not by AWS.
Our professional engagements follow a consistent structure:
- Requirements assessment. We document what the workload needs in terms of performance, availability, security, compliance, and budget.
- Architecture design. We propose a design and explain the trade-offs between alternatives, so you can make informed choices.
- Implementation planning. We break the work into phases with owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Implementation and application deployment. We build the environment, deploy workloads, and integrate with your existing systems.
- Testing. We validate functionality, performance, failover behavior, and security configuration before go-live.
- Documentation and handover. We deliver architecture diagrams, runbooks, and access documentation, and train your team to operate what we built.
Where useful, we continue with optimization and operational improvements after launch, once real usage data is available.
AWS Migration Agency
As an AWS migration agency, Cybertize helps organizations plan and execute moves to AWS from on-premises data centers, hosting providers, or other clouds, while keeping disruption to the business low.
Migration Approach
Assessment of existing infrastructure and applications. We inventory servers, databases, storage, networking, and licensing, and record how each application behaves under real load.
Workload dependency mapping. We identify what talks to what, including hardcoded addresses, shared file systems, scheduled jobs, and external integrations. Undiscovered dependencies are among the most common causes of migration problems, so we map them before planning cutover.
Migration strategy selection. Different workloads need different treatment, which we explain below.
Database and application migration. We use appropriate tooling, such as AWS Application Migration Service for servers and AWS Database Migration Service for databases, where it fits, along with replication and validation steps.
Data transfer planning. We estimate data volumes, transfer time, network capacity, and costs, and choose between online transfer and offline options for very large datasets.
Testing and validation. We verify functionality, performance, data integrity, and security in the target environment before moving production traffic.
Cutover and rollback planning. We plan the cutover sequence, communication, and a tested rollback path, so a problem does not become a prolonged outage.
Post-migration performance and cost optimization. After go-live, we review real usage, right-size resources, and tune configuration.
Common Migration Approaches
- Rehosting (lift and shift) moves applications with minimal change. It is usually the fastest route and suits applications with limited remaining life or tight deadlines, though it may not reduce cost much by itself.
- Replatforming makes targeted changes to benefit from managed services, for example moving a self-managed database to Amazon RDS, without redesigning the application.
- Refactoring redesigns parts of an application to be cloud-native, for example breaking out services or adopting serverless components. It takes more effort and usually yields the largest long-term benefits.
The right approach depends on the application, budget, risk tolerance, and business goals. A single migration programme often uses all three across different workloads, and some applications are better retired or left where they are.
Hire an AWS Service Management Team
AWS Consulting Company in India: Many businesses need ongoing AWS expertise without building a full internal cloud team. You can hire an AWS service management team from Cybertize to handle operations that would otherwise compete for your developers’ time.
Engagement Models
- Dedicated cloud engineers who work with your team on a continuing basis and learn your environment in depth.
- Shared technical support for organizations that need access to cloud expertise on a lighter, more occasional basis.
- Project-based consulting for defined work such as an architecture review, a migration, or a security hardening effort.
- Ongoing infrastructure management where we take responsibility for day-to-day operation of your AWS environment under an agreed scope.
Typical Responsibilities
- Monitoring of infrastructure and applications
- Incident response and investigation
- Deployment support and release coordination
- Periodic access reviews and permission cleanup
- Backup verification and restore testing
- Patch coordination for managed instances
- Cost reporting and spend review
- Operational documentation and runbook upkeep
What Gets Defined in the Agreement
Service coverage, support hours, response times, and escalation paths vary from client to client, and we set them out in the engagement agreement instead of assuming a standard. If you need round-the-clock coverage, we will discuss what that requires and whether it is available for your scope before you commit. We do not promise coverage that has not been agreed in writing.
AWS Managed Service Providers
Managed AWS operations suit organizations that want consistent infrastructure oversight without hiring and retaining a full operations team. Cybertize provides its own managed cloud services for AWS environments. These are distinct from the formal AWS Managed Services offering run by Amazon Web Services, and we do not describe Cybertize as an AWS-authorized managed service provider.
Our managed services cover:
- Cloud infrastructure monitoring with alarms tied to meaningful thresholds, not noise.
- Incident investigation and resolution, including root-cause analysis and follow-up fixes.
- Security configuration reviews of access policies, network rules, storage permissions, and logging.
- Backup and recovery management, including restore tests, since a backup that has never been restored is an assumption.
- Resource utilization and cost monitoring with regular reporting and recommendations.
- Infrastructure updates and maintenance, including coordination of patches and version upgrades.
- Availability and performance reporting so stakeholders can see how the system is behaving.
- Operational support and continuous improvement, with regular reviews of what could be simpler, safer, or cheaper.
The value of managed operations is consistency. Routine tasks happen on schedule, issues are caught earlier, and your engineers spend more time on the product.
AWS Solution Providers
A cloud solutions provider helps a business decide which AWS services fit a workload, then implements them. AWS offers hundreds of services, and choosing well matters: the wrong database service or compute model can raise cost and complexity for years.
Our solution work includes:
- Solution architecture, translating requirements into a concrete design.
- Service selection, for example choosing between EC2, containers, and Lambda, or between RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB, based on workload characteristics.
- Application integration, connecting new infrastructure with existing applications, identity systems, and third-party services.
- Cloud deployment, including environments, networking, and release pipelines.
- Infrastructure automation with infrastructure as code.
- Operational planning, covering monitoring, backup, support, and ownership after launch.
The phrase “AWS Solution Provider” can imply an official AWS partner designation. Cybertize uses it here in the ordinary sense of a company that provides AWS solutions, and we make no claim of official AWS partner status on this page.
AWS Technologies and Services
As a top AWS Consulting Company in India, We choose AWS services to fit each workload. These are services we commonly work with, and what they are used for.
Compute and scaling. Amazon EC2 provides virtual servers, and Auto Scaling adjusts capacity to demand and replaces unhealthy instances, which supports both availability and cost control. AWS Lambda runs code without servers, suited to event-driven tasks and variable workloads. Amazon ECS and Amazon EKS run containerized applications, with EKS for teams that need Kubernetes.
Storage and databases. Amazon S3 provides durable object storage for assets, backups, logs, and data lakes. Amazon RDS and Amazon Aurora offer managed relational databases with automated backups, patching, and high availability options, reducing operational burden compared with self-managed databases.
Networking and security. Amazon VPC defines network boundaries, subnets, and routing, which underpins secure architecture. AWS IAM controls who and what can access which resources, and least-privilege design here is among the most important security measures. AWS CloudTrail records account activity for audit and investigation.
Automation and operations. AWS CloudFormation defines infrastructure as code for repeatable deployments. AWS Systems Manager supports patching, parameter storage, and operational tasks across instances. AWS Backup centralizes backup policies across services.
Observability and cost. Amazon CloudWatch collects metrics, logs, and alarms for monitoring and troubleshooting. AWS Cost Explorer shows spending patterns and helps identify waste and trends.
Not every project uses every service. We aim to use the smallest set that meets the requirements, since each additional service is something your team must understand and operate.
Industries and Use Cases
SaaS and technology companies. Scalable application hosting, multi-environment pipelines, and APIs that handle variable load, with cost tracking to understand infrastructure cost per customer.
E-commerce and retail. Autoscaling for traffic spikes during sales, content delivery for catalog assets, and resilient checkout and order systems.
Financial services and fintech. Secure, segmented environments with strong access control and audit logging, and disaster recovery planning for transaction systems. We design to your stated requirements, and compliance obligations should be confirmed with your own advisors.
Healthcare. Secure hosting for patient-facing and administrative applications, encrypted storage, access controls, and backup planning, built around your data protection requirements.
Logistics and supply chain. Scalable APIs for tracking and partner integrations, and event-driven processing of status updates.
Manufacturing. Hosting and modernization of ERP and inventory systems, and data pipelines that bring production data together.
Professional services and enterprise IT. Migration of internal applications, database modernization, secure remote access, and operational management of shared infrastructure.
Across these, typical scenarios include application hosting, database modernization, scalable APIs, disaster recovery, secure environments, and cloud cost optimization.

Local AWS Consulting Services
Delhi. For organizations across Delhi NCR, we provide AWS consulting for enterprises, service businesses, and technology teams. Typical needs include moving internal applications and databases off aging on-premises or hosted servers, structuring multi-account environments for larger organizations, and putting in place access controls and documentation that satisfy internal IT and audit requirements. Workshops and architecture reviews can be run in person or remotely.
Mumbai. For growing businesses in Mumbai, we provide AWS infrastructure, application hosting, and cloud migration support. Many Mumbai businesses are in finance, trading, and services where uptime, auditability, and recovery planning matter. AWS operates an infrastructure Region in Mumbai, which is relevant when latency to Indian users or keeping data within India is a requirement, and we factor that into architecture choices.
Bengaluru. For technology companies in Bengaluru, we provide AWS cloud architecture, DevOps, and scalable application infrastructure. Product and SaaS teams here usually already run on AWS, so common engagements are about reducing cost, improving deployment pipelines, introducing containers, tightening security, and preparing infrastructure for the next growth stage.
Indore. For growing organizations in Indore, we provide AWS deployment, cloud modernization, and infrastructure management. Businesses in a growing IT and services hub often want to move from basic hosting to a managed, scalable setup without building a large operations team, which makes managed support and clear cost visibility especially useful.
Gujarat. For businesses across Gujarat, we provide AWS consulting, migration, and cloud operations support. Many organizations have established ERP, inventory, or trading systems that run on local servers, and a phased migration with backup and disaster recovery planning can reduce operational risk without disrupting daily operations.
Hire AWS Support Across India, the USA, and the UAE
We support clients across India, the USA, and the UAE through defined remote collaboration. At the start of an engagement we agree on communication channels, meeting rhythm, overlap hours, escalation contacts, and reporting. Work is tracked in shared tools, decisions are recorded in writing, and changes to production follow an agreed process. AWS operates infrastructure Regions in India and the UAE, among many others, and we choose the Region based on your users, latency, and data residency needs.
Why Choose Cybertize Technologies?
Business-aligned cloud architecture. We design for what the business needs, not for the largest possible AWS footprint.
Security-conscious infrastructure planning. Least-privilege access, network segmentation, encryption, and logging are part of the baseline.
Cost visibility and optimization. We set up budgets, tagging, and reporting early, so cost is understood while it is still cheap to adjust.
Documented implementation processes. Architecture, runbooks, and infrastructure as code are handed over, so you are not dependent on us to understand your own environment.
Integration with existing applications and systems. Cloud work rarely stands alone. We plan for how infrastructure connects to your applications, identity systems, and third-party services. Cybertize also builds applications, which helps when infrastructure decisions depend on how the software behaves.
Clear project communication. You get regular updates, plain-language explanations of trade-offs, and early notice of risks.
Flexible engagement models. Assessments, projects, dedicated engineers, and managed support are available, and you can start small.
Ongoing technical support. We remain available after go-live, because the first weeks of production usage often reveal what testing did not.
AWS Consulting Cost
AWS consulting cost depends on scope. The main factors are:
- Infrastructure size and complexity. The number of servers, databases, services, and integrations.
- Number of applications and environments. Each additional application and environment adds design, setup, and testing work.
- Migration scope and data volume. More data means more transfer planning, replication, and validation effort.
- Security and compliance requirements. Stricter requirements add design, controls, evidence collection, and review.
- Availability and disaster recovery needs. Tighter recovery objectives and multi-region designs require more engineering.
- Monitoring and support coverage. Support hours, response expectations, and escalation arrangements affect managed service pricing.
- Cloud optimization requirements. A focused cost review is a smaller effort than a full re-architecture for efficiency.
- Project-based versus ongoing managed services. A defined project has a clear end. Managed services are a continuing commitment.
It is important to separate two kinds of cost. Consulting fees pay for Cybertize’s time and expertise. AWS infrastructure consumption costs are what AWS charges for the resources you use, billed by AWS to your account. Consulting can help you estimate and reduce consumption costs, but they are separate line items, and the infrastructure bill depends on your workload, not on our fees.
The final estimate depends on a workload assessment and the scope of services. Request a tailored consultation and we will provide a project-specific estimate.
